1. Scope

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers (individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity) pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

2. Timeframe

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the subscription date, without providing any reason.

3. Digital Content Exception

Pursuant to Article 59(o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content on a non-tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal. Therefore:

• If the user has used AI credits or premium features within the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal is excluded
• If the user has not used the service, a full refund is guaranteed

4. How to Exercise

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a communication via the support system stating your intention to withdraw. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the communication, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

Upon valid withdrawal:

• The subscription is immediately deactivated
• Unused credits are cancelled
• Created projects remain accessible for 30 days to allow export
• The refund is processed within 14 business days
