Your content is your exclusive property. WriteForge does not acquire any rights over your texts and does not use them to train AI models. Data is protected with encryption and regular backups. You can export and delete your projects at any time.

WriteForge's AI is contextualized through the Bible Engine: it knows your characters, plot, style, and sources. It can help you brainstorm, generate narrative structures, create chapter drafts, suggest inline improvements, and rewrite passages. Each interaction consumes credits based on request complexity.

The Bible Engine is the heart of WriteForge. Yes, the Scanner module uses AI vision (Claude Vision) to read handwriting from photos of your manuscripts. Each issue is classified by severity with improvement suggestions. You can also ask the AI to rewrite problematic passages.

Yes! The Starter plan is completely free and includes up to 2 projects, the full editor, DOCX and PDF export, and citation management. For advanced AI features, more projects, and additional export formats, Writer and Professional plans are available.

AI credits are the unit of measurement for AI interactions. Each AI action (brainstorming, draft generation, suggestions, rewriting, analysis) consumes a variable number of credits based on complexity. Monthly credits renew with the subscription and do not roll over. You can also purchase additional credit packages.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, maintaining access until expiration. There are no cancellation penalties.
