1. Seller

2. Subject

These conditions govern the sale of subscriptions and credit packages on WriteForge, a digital AI-assisted writing service.

3. Prices

Prices shown are final and all-inclusive. VAT does not apply as the seller operates under the flat-rate tax regime. Prices may be updated; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through Stripe. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For subscriptions, payment is recurring and automatically charged at period expiration.

5. Service Activation

Subscriptions activate immediately upon confirmed payment. AI credits are credited instantly.

6. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. Users may cancel at any time from profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

7. Refunds

Given the digital nature of the service, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the service has not been used in the current period, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase via the support system.

8. Invoicing

A receipt is issued for each transaction. Upon request, an invoice is issued with the billing profile data provided.
