1. Definitions

WriteForge is an AI-assisted writing SaaS platform operated by GiaNet Media di Giannetta Francesco (VAT IT04410590758), based in Otranto (LE), Italy.

User: any individual who registers and uses the platform.

Service: all functionalities offered by the platform, including editor, AI assistance, export, scanner, and revision tools.

2. Acceptance

Using WriteForge implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service Description

WriteForge offers:

• Professional text editor with advanced formatting
• AI assistance for brainstorming, structuring, writing, and revision
• Bible Engine to maintain consistency in long projects
• Scanner for digitizing handwritten manuscripts
• Export in professional formats (DOCX, PDF, EPUB, LaTeX, etc.)
• Citation and bibliography management

4. Intellectual Property of Content

Content created by the user is their exclusive property. WriteForge does not acquire any rights over texts, manuscripts, structures, or other creative content. The user grants WriteForge a limited, temporary license solely for service delivery (AI processing, storage, export).

5. AI Usage

AI suggestions and generated texts are provided as creative assistance. The user is responsible for reviewing and final use of any AI-generated content. WriteForge does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content for specific purposes.

6. Account and Credentials

The user is responsible for the security of their credentials. In case of unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

7. Free Plan and Subscriptions

WriteForge offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans. Unused AI credits do not roll over between months. Users may change plans or cancel at any time.

8. Usage Restrictions

It is prohibited to use WriteForge to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI models
• Overload servers with unauthorized automated requests
• Resell access to the service without authorization

9. Service Availability

WriteForge strives to ensure service availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

WriteForge is not liable for: data loss caused by user negligence, improper use of AI-generated content, interruptions due to force majeure.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the consumer's local court applies; for professionals, the Court of Lecce.

Distribution channels and affiliate programme

In addition to this site, we may promote the services and listings published by business users through: the other sites in the Trovido Network, search engines, the platforms on which we are present, newsletters and advertising campaigns that we manage directly.

We may also make use of an affiliate programme: independent individuals or businesses — ‘affiliates’ — promote our services through tracked links and receive a commission from us on the resulting sales. That commission is borne entirely by us: it does not affect the price you pay, does not reduce what is due to you, and does not in any way change your listing's position in the results, which remains governed by the published parameters. Affiliates do not act on our behalf, do not represent us, and cannot enter into commitments for us.

The programme is governed by the Affiliate Programme Terms, available on this site. Should we introduce, in future, channels that affect costs or visibility, we will notify you with the advance notice provided for changes to these terms.
